I need a frame that complies with Virginia, but really want the FLAMES cover in blue. Can you do that?

My customization is “WITH HER HAIR ON FIRE,” so the blue FLAMES cover would match perfectly. Unfortunately, it looks like it’s only available in the wider cover that doesn’t comply with Virginia. Hoping you have suggestions or can help. Thank you!

Thank you for your inquiry.
The frame you’re referring to is currently the only option we offer. It is designed so that the expiration tags on your license plate remain fully visible, which is important for compliance.
The only downside is that the state name may be partially covered.
Some customers are okay with this, while others prefer full visibility.
