Unfortunately, this particular frame is available only with both top and bottom mounting holes and cannot be manufactured with top holes only.
However, we do offer a great solution for this type of setup. We provide a set of special flat-headed screws that create a clean and secure installation. The set includes two short bolts with matching nuts that secure the license plate to the frame from the back side. This effectively turns the license plate and frame into one solid assembly. The entire assembly is then mounted to the vehicle using only the two top mounting holes, attaching directly to the bumper or bracket.
