You can definitely use these license plate frames in North Carolina. However, on some North Carolina license plates, the state name is located on the bottom portion of the plate, which may be partially covered by the frame. That is the only reason why we do not specifically recommend them for all NC plates.
Once again, if you do not mind the state name being partially covered, or if your particular North Carolina plate has the state name positioned differently, the frame will absolutely fit your license plate properly.
