The license plate fits inside our Thin Top 4-Hole Metal License Plate Frame from the back, rather than simply sitting behind it.
The frame features two securing tabs on the back that hold the license plate securely inside the frame, helping prevent movement and rattling.
Once the license plate is inserted and secured, you can mount the frame to your vehicle using the two or all four mounting holes.
